Here’s a video of a pregnant woman working out with a kettlebell. About the woman in the video, gotta hand it to her. she’s really fit. Oh and if you want to try this at home, I suggest that you consult experts first before doing so.

Just found another solution to help reduce weight gain in pregnancy. It’s Mediterranean diet. Not only it can help you deal with your weight but also improve your baby’s health. And to quote an article I just read:
A Mediterranean diet during pregnancy may be more protective against childhood asthma and atopy than a child’s own diet, researchers found.

Weight Gain in Pregnancy: Your Calorie Intake
Reducing calorie intake can help you reduce your pregnancy weight. However, it is not recommended in dealing with weight gain in pregnancy. It is during pregnancy that your body needs a lot of calories since your baby will need lots of them.
Having a low calorie count is one of the causes of low birth weight for babies. Calories is one of the most important things you should have in your body as its deficiency can results to birth defects.
As a first step, ask your doctor to check your daily caloric intake and ask for recommendations as well. Your doctor should be able to determine whether you would need to take more calories than the usual or just continue your previous calorie intake.
