I haven’t been updating for a while. And I’m so glad to have this opportunity to once again put out my thoughts regarding how to deal with weight gain in pregnancy. Anyway, I’ve becomeĀ a full time health nut over the past few months and I’m making big progress in my health. Oh how I wish I was this healthy when I got pregnant. But I have no regrets since it’s not going to be hard for me to lose pregnancy weight once me and my husband decide to have another baby.
If you’ve been working out for some time, you probably know already that most of your workout is done in the kitchen. In other words, you need to work on your diet. Well, yeah I know.. it’s not that easy but it’s one of the essentials.
Let me share some nuggets of my personal diet. I would usually eat oatmeal during breakfast. It’s healthy for pregnant women plus it doesn’t contain unhealthy fats therefore you don’t gain weight. You can mix it up with brown sugar. Well, white sugar is okay but I prefer brown sugar since it contains healthy sugar.
As for eating snacks, I usually eat non-fat stuff and one of my favorites is non-fat yogurt. As for the flavor you can choose anything, well, I like strawberry flavored yogurt. Anyway, this all I can drop for now. This food talk is making me hungry already.
